1: The Staff member check ticket

Step 1: Create a new account and login the site.

The staff have to register an account in website then provide for Event Owner to insert Username in "Staff Member" tab.

Example: Register an user in website like: Username: demo Password: demopass

Setup staff to check event: Insert username in Staff Member of event

Step 2: Staff Check Ticket

2.1: The Staff have to login website

2.2: Check ticket by URL with syntax like here

your-domain: Replace it with your domain.

number-QR-Code: Replace it with QR Code in ticket of customer.

Step 3: View validate of ticket.

After check ticket via URL, website will display valid of ticket: Valid or Invalid with some information.

Step 4: Edit output of template

If you want to edit some information in step 3, you can edit template in child theme:

Copy file Plugins/eventlist/templates/ticket-info.php to themes/meup-child/eventlist/ticket-info.php and customzie this file.

2: The vendor check ticket

Step 1: Go to Manage Tickets of a event

Step 2: Search QR Code You can insert some characters in search form to find info about tickets of attendees

Step 3: Click Check-in button to update ticket status

After update succesfully, you will see ticket status like bellow image:
