Cancel/Refund Booking
Step 1: The Admin enables booking cancellation
Go to Events >> Settings >> Cancel : Tick the checkbox "Allow customers to cancel booking"

Go to Events >> Settings >> Role: Vendor can cancel a booking

Step 2: Vendor set up cancellation policy for each event

Step 3: Customers cancel bookings
Customers can cancel their booking up to X days before the event starts

After a booking is successfully canceled, the system automatically changes its status to Canceled and removes the corresponding ticket
After when the customer click "cancel" button, the system will send an email to vendor, customer, administrator and Recipient(s). You can config the email in: Events >> Settings >> Mail >> Cancel Booking tab

After the cancellation, the money will be refunded to the user's wallet, and the user can withdraw it at any time. Read wallet of user here
