Cancel/Refund Booking

Step 1: The Admin enables booking cancellation

Go to Events >> Settings >> Cancel : Tick the checkbox "Allow customers to cancel booking"

Step 2: Vendor set up cancellation policy for each event

Step 3: Customers cancel bookings

Customers can cancel their booking up to X days before the event starts

  • After a booking is successfully canceled, the system automatically changes its status to Canceled and removes the corresponding ticket

  • After when the customer click "cancel" button, the system will send an email to vendor, customer, administrator and Recipient(s). You can config the email in: Events >> Settings >> Mail >> Cancel Booking tab

  • After the cancellation, the money will be refunded to the user's wallet, and the user can withdraw it at any time. Read wallet of user here
