Cancel/Refund Booking

1: Admin enable allow to cancel booking

Events >> Settings >> Cancel Tab

2: Then vendor set up when crreate vent

3: The customer cancel booking

The customer only can cancel booking before x days start event

After successful cancellation, the booking status will change to Canceled and the Ticket of that booking will be deleted.

4: The admin refund money to customer

When the customer cancel booking, an email will send to vendor, admin, customer with Booking ID (Set up cancel email here ). The admin will know Booking ID canceled.

Go to Bookings to search Booking ID

Check detail a booking

After click above link, the order in woocommerce will display:
