# Cancel/Refund Booking ### Step 1: The Admin enables booking cancellation Go to **Events >> Settings >> Cancel :** Tick the checkbox "Allow customers to cancel booking"

Go to **Events >> Settings >> Role:** Vendor can cancel a booking

You can config the email in: Events >> Settings >> Mail >> Cancel Booking tab
