Manage Tickets

Display all tickets of all customers.

1: View All Tickets:

Go to Events >> Manage Tickets

This feature allows you to:

  • Quickly find Tickets by Booking ID

  • Download the PDF ticket or Send Tickets to Customers

2: Edit a Ticket

In the ticket list, click a "ticket number" to edit it. You can change Start Event Date & End Event Date of each ticket.

3: Add a New Ticket

Go to Events >> Manage Tickets >> Add new ticket

Add Details for the new ticket

4: Change Start Date, End Date of Many Tickets

If an event changes schedule, you can change Start Event Date & End Event Date for all tickets of that event

Go to Events >> Manage Tickets >> Reschedule Tickets

a) Step 1: Filter All Tickets of an Event

  • Click “Send Mail All Customers” → The system will send an email to all customers. You can customize the email content, including updating event dates and providing the reason for the change

  • Click "Export All Customer Emails" => The system will export all customers emails to CSV files.

b) Replace Date of Tickets

  • Search tickets

  • Replace Date
