Manage all Tickets

Display all tickets of all customers.

1: List Ticket:

Go to Tickets >> All Tickets You can insert Booking ID in Search Tickets to find booking id.

2: Edit a Ticket

Choose a ticket to edit

3: Change Start Date, End Date of Many Tickets

If your event change schedule, you can change date of any Ticket.

Go to Tickets >> Replace Date

a) Step 1: Choose an Event click Search, you will see all tickets of events

3: Click "Send Mail All Customers" => The system will send mail to all customer in bellow list:

4: Click "Export All Customer Emails" => The system will export all customers emails to CSV files.

b) Replace Date of Tickets

  • Search tickets

  • Replace Date
