If an event changes schedule, you can change Start Event Date & End Event Date for all tickets of that event
Step 1: Go to reschedule tickets setion
Go to: Events >> Manage Tickets >> Reschedule Tickets
Step 2: Filter All Tickets of an Event
+ Case 1: Filter all tickets for an event
Select an event in the event field in the search bar
Click search
+ Case 2: Filter tickets by a specific event start and end date
Select an event in the event field in the search bar
Set start date & time and end date & time
Click Search
Additional options:
Click βSend Mail All Customersβ β The system will send an email to all customers. You can customize the email content, including updating event dates and providing the reason for the change
Click "Export All Customer Emails" β The system will export all customer emails to CSV files.
Step 3: Replace Date of Tickets
After filter tickets you expect:
Select tickets
Choose replace date in the actions field
Change the new event start date & time and end date & time
