Position 8: You can choose any fields: Name, Location, Categories, All Time, Start Date, End Date, Venue, State, City Icon: Setting like icon type 1 Search Button: Setting like search type 1 Custom Taxnomy: You can choose any custom taxonomy to display in form search

Like Type 3 but it doesn't support display icon
