PDF Invoice

1. Invoice Mail Settings

After a booking is successfully completed, an automatic email will be sent to the customer. You can attach a PDF invoice to this email.

Go to Events >> Settings >> PDF Invoice >> Invoice Mail

  • Enable: Allow whether attach PDF invoice in the email

  • Subject: The subject displays in mail list

  • From Name: The subject displays in mail detail

  • From name: Customers will know they receive the email from which email address is

  • Content: You add this shortcode: Invoice for booking: #[booking_id] to attach PDF invoice in the main body of the email message

2. PDF Template

The feature allows you to customize the appearance of the PDF invoice attached to the customer’s email.

Go to Events >> Settings >> PDF Invoice >> PDF Template

You can modify the following elements:

  • Title – The main heading displayed at the top of the PDF invoice.

  • Logo – The shop logo shown on the invoice header.

  • Shop Name – The store name displayed under or beside the logo.

  • Shop Address – The business address shown on the invoice, usually under the shop name.

  • Footer – The text displayed at the bottom of the invoice, such as notes, copyright, or contact information.
