Cancellation Policy
1: Setting
Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Cancellation Policy Settings

Minimum time required before canceling (hours): The minimum number of hours in advance that a customer must cancel their booking. Cancellations will not be allowed if this time limit is not met.
For example, if you set the minimum cancellation time to 24 hours, and a customer books at 10:00 AM on 27/05/2024, they must cancel the booking before 10:00 AM on 26/05/2024. After this time, the system will no longer accept booking cancellations.
Cancellation is accepted if the total order is less than x amount: This means the customer can only cancel the booking if the total amount is less than X
2: Booking Cancellation Process
2.1: For Customers
Customers first navigate to “My Account” > “Orders” tab
For bookings that meet the cancellation policy, the “Cancel” button will be displayed.
Customers select the booking they want to cancel and click the “Cancel” button.

After cancellation, the booking status will be updated to “Cancelled”.

2.2: For the Admin
The admin can access the booking details in the backend to process a refund for the customers. The refund will depends payment gateway that you are using in site.
