Sync Order
Order synchronization automatically keeps order information consistent across multiple platforms, systems, or vendors, ensuring that any new order, update, cancellation, or status change is reflected everywhere in real time. This helps prevent data mismatches, overselling, and double bookings by updating inventory and availability instantly across all connected channels.
Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Sync Order

Configure the following settings:
1. Enable "Import Calendar Link"
This option allows you to import bookings or orders from external platforms using calendar links in iCal (.ics) format.
When enabled, the system will read events from the provided calendar link and automatically block the corresponding dates or time slots to prevent double bookings.
Checked: Activates the Import Calendar Link feature when creating or editing a product. You will be able to add one or more external calendar links from other platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Calendar, etc.).
Unchecked: The import feature is disabled, and no external calendar data will be synced for the product.
2. Sync frequency every X minutes
This setting controls how often the system automatically checks external calendar links for updates.
At each interval, the system will fetch the latest events from the imported calendars and update availability accordingly.
Regular syncing helps ensure that new bookings, cancellations, or changes on external platforms are reflected on your site, reducing the risk of overlapping reservations or outdated availability.
