# Add New Booking
## **How to add booking in Back-end**
Go to: **BRW >> Add New Booking**
* **Select Status for an order in Status Drop-down:** Completed, Processing, Pending Payment, On hold, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed
* **Fill in Customer information**: First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Phone, Address 1, Address 2, City, Country
* **Add Items** ( add unlimited items ) : Select a Product in the Product Drop-down. Then, fill in Fields: Pick-up Location, Drop-off Location, Pick-up Date, Drop-off Date, Quantity , Email, Your Full Name, Number of Guests and information for each guest, Date, Insurance Amount, Deposit Amount, and cost.
* **Click "Create Order"**
Create Order Manually
You will see this order in "Manage Bookings"
Go to Detail of the Order ( WooCommerce >> Orders ): You can send an email to customers including an order link, so the customer can pay this order online.
