Add New Booking
If you have customers who reach out phone calls, messages, or emails to make booking/orders, so you need to Create Order manually to manage them in back-end.
How to add booking in Back-end
Go to: BRW >> Add New Booking
Select Status for an order in Status Drop-down: Completed, Processing, Pending Payment, On hold, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed
Fill in Customer information: First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Phone, Address 1, Address 2, City, Country
Add Items ( add unlimited items ) : Select a Product in the Product Drop-down. Then, fill in Fields: Pick-up Location, Drop-off Location, Pick-up Date, Drop-off Date, Quantity , Email, Your Full Name, Number of Guests and information for each guest, Date, Insurance Amount, Deposit Amount, and cost.
Click "Create Order"
You will see this order in "Manage Bookings"
Go to Detail of the Order ( WooCommerce >> Orders ): You can send an email to customers including an order link, so the customer can pay this order online.
