Cancellation Policy

1: Setting

Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Cancellation Policy Settings

This feature enable you to offer Order Cancellation Policy.

  • Minimum Time Required Before Cancelling

For instance: You set Minimum Time Required Before Cancelling is 24 hours, so when a customer make a booking at 10:00 AM on 27/05/2024, he have to cancel your order before 7:00 AM on 26/05/2024. After that time, the order cancellation won't be accepted.

  • Cancellation is accepted if the total order is less than x amount: This means that a customer only make order cancellation when order amount is less than x amount.

2: Customer Cancel

The customer go to My account >> Order tab.

All order that fit policy will see "Cancel" button.

Manage Order

After Cancel, you will see Order Status: Cancelled

The Admin can access Oder Detail in backend to Refund to customer. The refund will depends payment gateway that you are using in site.
