1: My Listing Menu

From Dashboard click "My Listings"

a) Manage Events with Bulk Actions

Vendors can select multiple events at once to perform bulk actions such as:

  • Publish – Make selected events visible to guests on the site.

  • Set to Pending – Change selected events to pending status, waiting for admin approval.

  • Move to Trash – Remove selected events and move them to the trash.

b) Filter Options

Filter and view events by status:

  • All – Display all events.

  • Open – Display only events that are currently open.

  • Closed – Display only events that are closed.

  • Published – Display only published events (visible to guests on the site).

  • Pending – Display only events waiting for admin approval (not visible to guests).

  • Trash – Display events that have been moved to the trash.

c) Search Event Form

The search form allows vendors to find events using multiple filters:

  • Name – Search by event title.

  • Category – Search by event category.

  • Sort By – Choose sorting criteria: ID, Title, or Start Date.

  • Sort Order – Choose sorting order: Ascending or Descending.

2: Manage an Event

Firstly, go to My Listing Menu >> Choose an event >> click "Manage Event" button

Then, the manage Event menu appears including:

2.1) General Tab

a) Some Information

  • Total before tax: The current total of the event before tax

  • Total after tax: The current total of the event after tax

  • Profit: The current profit of vendor

  • Commission: Hidden by default in the vendor section. You can add a filter to display it for the vendor

  • Tax: Tax of booking. Hidden by default in the vendor section. You can add a filter to display it for the vendor

  • Coupon: Total number of coupons used when booking

  • Bookings: All bookings of event

  • Tickets: All tickets of event

  • Check In: Total number of attendees checking in via the app

b) Change Maximum Number of Tickets on Any Event Date

The vendor can select any event date to change the maximum number of tickets for each ticket type

c) Repost Sales:

You can view sales at any time

d) Customize Template of General Template

2.2) Bookings Tab

If a vendor doesn’t see the “Bookings” menu, it may be because their event is assigned to a membership package that doesn’t include booking management.

The admin can edit the membership package settings, and the vendor can then reselect the appropriate package. Read here

a) Export Bookings:

Vendors can choose files to export their bookings to csv file.

b) Customize

  • Show/hide some columns for vendors: Commission, Tax

- Only display Completed Booking

Customize the 'Bookings' template

2.3) Tickets Tab

If a vendor doesn’t see the “Tickets” menu, it may be because their event is assigned to a membership package that doesn’t include booking management.

a) Download and Send Tickets

Vendors can Download PDF ticket and Send any Ticket to their customers

b) Change Status of Tickets

Vendors can change the ticket status to: Check-In or Un-Check

c) Export Tickets

The feature allows vendors to export tickets to CSV file

d) Download tickets

Vendors download all tickets in a zip file. When they unzip file, they will see all their PDF Tickets.

e) Create Tickets

Vendors can create tickets for any their events

f) Customize Template of "Tickets" template
