If either the user or the vendor cancels the booking, the system will refund the money to the user’s wallet, and they can withdraw it to a bank account or another payment wallet.
Manage Wallet
The user can choose a payout method in My Profile and then make a withdrawal.
Withdraw
The admin will review your withdrawal request and send the money to you.
The admin clicks a payout record, manually sends the money to the user, and then updates the payout status to either Completed or Canceled.
