1: Create menu

Go to Appearance >> Menu >> Create "Primary Menu" Like here

Display Menu in Header of a page: You have to edit Header in elementor read here

2: Create ID in Page

Edit Section Setting >> Choose Advanced tab >> Insert ID in field like bellow image.
