Cancel/Refund Booking

Step 1: The Admin enables booking cancellation

Go to Events >> Settings >> Cancel Tab: tick the checkbox "Allow customers to cancel booking"

Step 2: Vendor set up cancellation policy for each event

Step 3: Customers cancel bookings

The customer can only cancel a booking up to X days before the event starts

After successfully cancelling , the booking status will be updated to Canceled and the Ticket of that booking will be deleted.

Step 4: The admin refunds the money to the customer

When a booking cancellation is successful, an email containing the Booking ID will be sent to the vendor, admin, and customer (set up the cancellation email here ). This allows the admin to know which Booking ID was canceled.

  • Firstly, find Booking you want by booking ID

  • Then, click the ticket title, go to Payment Method tab and click Booking ID link

  • After clicking the link, the order in WooCommerce will be displayed, click Refund button to refund the money to the customer
