Custom Checkout Fields

Step 1: Go to Product >> Custom Checkout Fields >> Add Field

You can choose some type: Text, Password, Email, Phone, Textarea, Select Required: Requied when booking form or request booking form Enable: Allow display in booking form or request booking form

Step 2: Config Custom Fields Booking per Product All: Dipslay All custom fields A Part: Only display custom fields in bellow input. You have to insert Name field to bellow input
