# Guests (pricing & limits)

### 1) Defined

Set the price per guest and min/max limits for each guest type. These fields appear once ***Show guests***** is enabled.** The exact guest types shown depend on your BRW Global Settings → Guest Options configuration.

### 2) Config in Product

| Sub-field                       | Description                                                                                                                |
| ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| \[Guest type] price/guest       | Extra fee added per guest of this type. Example: Adults price/guest = $10 → customer selects 3 adults → +$30 to the total. |
| Minimum number of \[guest type] | Minimum count for this specific guest type per booking.                                                                    |
| Maximum number of \[guest type] | Maximum count for this specific guest type per booking.                                                                    |
| Minimum number of guests        | Minimum **total** guests across all types combined.                                                                        |
| Maximum number of guests        | Maximum **total** guests across all types combined.                                                                        |

Guest types (Adults, Children, etc.) are defined globally in **BRW → General Settings → Guest Options**. The labels and whether a price is required per type are set there. This field only sets the per-product price and min/max overrides.
