Pick-up date
1) Defined
Configure the start date/time field on the booking form — time slots, working hours per weekday, default time, and label.

2) Config in Product
You can find the setting in "Advanced opitions" tab.
Show the group of time
Global setting — use time slots from WooCommerce → Settings → Booking & Rental → General Tab.
Local — define custom time slots for this product only (enter in New time).
Everyday — all times available with no restriction.
No — date only, no time picker shown.
New time
Comma-separated list of available times in 24h format. Example: 07:00, 07:30, 13:00, 18:00. Active when set to Local.
Default Time
Global setting or Local. When Local, set a specific default time in Select time.
Select time
The time pre-selected in the picker when the form loads. Example: 09:00.
Time step (minutes)
Interval between available time slots when using the daily schedule grid. Example: 30 = slots at 07:30, 08:00, 08:30… Default: 30.
Daily schedule (Mon–Sun)
Set opening and closing times for each day of the week. Example: Monday Start 06:00 – End 18:00. Leave a day blank to make it unavailable. Works together with Time step to generate the available slot grid.
Rename "Pick-up Date" title by
Category setting — use the label per category. Local — enter a custom label in New title. Example: Check-in Date.
