# Services

### 1) Defined

Offer optional or required add-on services (e.g. GPS, child seat, chauffeur). Services are grouped — each group can be made mandatory, and customers select one or more items per group.

**Applies to rental type**: <mark style="background-color:$success;">All Types</mark>

### 2) Config in Product

| Field       | Description                                                                                                |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Label       | Rename the "Services" heading displayed on the product page frontend. Leave blank for the default label.   |
| Group label | Name of the service group — shown as a section heading in the booking form.                                |
| Required    | Checkbox — if checked, the customer must select at least one option from this group before adding to cart. |
| Unique ID   | Checkbox — if checked, the customer must select at least one option from this group before adding to cart. |
| Name        | Service name displayed to the customer.                                                                    |
| Price       | Price per unit of the service.                                                                             |
| Quantity    | Maximum selectable quantity per booking (0 = unlimited).                                                   |
| Applicable  | How the price is charged — see table below for values per rental type.                                     |

**Applicable options by rental type:**

| Day                                                           | **/Day** — price × number of days  \|  **/Order** — flat fee per booking   |
| Hour                                                          | **/Hour** — price × number of hours  \|  **/Order** — flat fee per booking |
| Hotel, Tour, Taxi, Transportation, Mixed, Appointment, Period | **/Order** — flat fee per booking                                          |

Click **Add group** to add a new service group. Within each group click **+** to add a service row. Both groups and rows are drag-sortable.
