Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Guest Information >> Add New
Follow the steps below:
Field Type: Choose from 11 field types — text, number, tel, email, password, textarea, radio, checkbox, select, date, and file.
Name: Define the field name that appears in the backend for management.
Label: Specify the label that will be shown on the frontend form.
Description: Write a short note explaining the purpose of the field.
Placeholder: Add a hint or example text inside the input box to guide users.
Default Value: Provide a pre-filled value that appears automatically unless changed by the user.
Mark as Required: Choose whether the field is mandatory or optional during checkout.
Enable or Disable: Control whether the field is displayed or hidden in the checkout form.
Step 2: Add Guest Types
Go to: BRW >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Guests
Steps to add a guest type:
● Label: Shown on the front end.
● Name: Shown on the back end.
● Description: Add a short note.
● Mandatory Price Field:
• Checked: When enabled, you must set a price for each guest type when adding a new product. After checking this option, a setting called “Show Price Beside” will appear, allowing you to show or hide the price next to the guest fields on the front end.
• Unchecked: No price required.
● Information Fields: Choose information fields for each guest type. Read here to know how to add guest information fields
Step 3: Enable Guests on the Product
Go to Products → Add New Product → Advanced Options → Guests.
Enable the guest feature and click Save

Step 4: Configure Guest settings when Adding a New Product
After saving, the Guests tab will appear.
