1: Global Discount
This feature allows you to set pricing based on booking duration. You can offer different rates for different lengths of stay, helping attract more guests with transparent and flexible pricing.
Please, note: Depending on rental type, you can set it either per day or per hour.
It is applicable for:
Example:
"Regular price / Hour": $10
"Global Discount": $9/hour if booking from 26 to 29 hours, $8/hour if booking from 30 to 40 hours
Booking Duration: From 05/09/2025 07:00 to 06/09/2025 09:00
→ Rental Hours = 26 hours
Because the number of rental hours is 26 (which qualifies for the Global Discount), the price per hour is $9
→ Total Amount = 26 ( rental hours ) * $9 ( "Regular price / Hour" ) = $234
2: Special Time
This feature allows you to set special pricing for specific time periods (e.g., holidays or peak seasons). Within each date range, you can also define different rates based on the booking duration, offering more flexible and targeted pricing.
Please, note: If customers book during the Special Time period, the price will be calculated based on the Special Time rate, and the Global Discount will not be applied.
Example:
"Regular price / Hour": $10
Special pricing for specific time periods is configured as below:
Booking Duration: From 10/09/2025 07:00 to 11/09/2025 09:00
→ Rental Hours = 26 hours
Although the number of rental hours is 26 (which qualifies for the Global Discount of $9/hour for rentals from 26 to 29 hours), the price per hour is $7 because the booking falls within the Special Time period (from 10/09/2025 to 15/09/2025).
→ Total Amount = 26 ( rental hours ) * $7 ( "Regular price / Hour" ) = $182

3: Distance-based Discount
This feature allows you to offer discounts based on the total distance of a booking
It is applicable for Rental Type: Taxi
Example:
"Price Per Kilometer": $5
"Distanced-based Discount": From 11 to 20 Km $4/km, From 21 to 99 Km $3/km, From 100 to 300Km $2/km
Suppose that a customer makes a booking:
Pick-up date: 07:00 01/08/2025
Pick-up Location: 350 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10118, USA
Drop-off Location: 280 W 155th St, New York, NY 10039, USA
→ Total Distance = 14.37 km
Because Distance is 14.37 km (which qualifies for the Distanced-based Discount), the price:
$5 per km for the first 10 km
$4 per km for 11–20 km
Rental Fee for the first 10 km = 10 ( number of kilometers ) * $5 ( price/km ) = $50
Rental Fee for the remaining 4.37 km = 4.37 ( number of kilometers ) * $4 ( price/km ) = $18
→ Rental Fee = Rental Fee for the first 10 km + Rental Fee for the remaining 4.37 km
= $50 + $18 = $68
→ Total Amount = Rental Fee = $68
