Read here to know details

Note 1: If you set a price for a specific pair of pick-up and drop-off locations, that fee will be added to the total amount in addition to the rental fee.
Example:
"Package": 1 Hour $5, 2 Hour $10, 3 Hour $15, 1 Day $100, 3 Days $250
"Location Fee": Los Angeles → New York route: $50, Chicago → New York route: $50, Washington → New York route: $40
Suppose that A customer chooses "1 day" package, Pick-up Location: Chicago, Drop-off Location: New York
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price = $100
→ Location Fee: $50 (for the Chicago → New York route)
→ Total Amount = rental fee + location fee = $100 + $50 = $ 150

Note 2: If you have added Pick-Up and Drop-Off locations and set fee for each pick-up location and each drop-off location here, you should not add Pick-Up and Drop-Off pairs and configure Route-Based Prices.
8: Set Location Surcharge
Add Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations
Set fee for each pick-up location and each drop-off location (If required)
Read here for more details

Example:
The back-end settings are configured as follows:

Suppose a customer make a booking with
Package: 1 day $100
Pick-up date: 04/03/2026
Pick-up Location: Chicago
Drop-off Location: Washington DC
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price = $100
Fee for pick-up location: $7 (Pick-up in Chicago adds $7)
Fee for drop-off location: $10 (drop-off in Washington DC adds $10)
→ Total amount = Rental Fee + Fee for pick-up location + Fee for drop-off location
= $100 + $7 + $10 = $117

Note 1: You can configure the system to charge only once if the pick-up location and drop-off location are the same. In this case, the location fee will be equal to the pick-up location fee.

Example:
The back-end settings are configured as follows:

Suppose a customer make a booking with
Package: 1 day $100
Pick-up date: 04/03/2026
Pick-up Location: Chicago
Drop-off Location: Chicago
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price = $100
Generally, the fee for the pick-up location is $7 (pick-up in Chicago adds $7), and the fee for the drop-off location is $9 (drop-off in Chicago adds $9).
However, the system allows charging only once if the pick-up and drop-off locations are the same
→ Location Fee = Pick-up Fee only = $7
→ Total amount = Rental Fee + Pick-up Fee only = $100 + $7 = $107

Note 2: If you have added Pick-Up and Drop-Off Pairs and set Route-Based Prices here, you should not configure a Location Surcharge.
9: Set Discount Price
Go to: Products >> Add New Product >> Product data: Choose "rental" >> Rental Type: Choose "Period of Time" >> Packages
In each package with Fixed Total Price for a Specific Number of Rental Days and Hours, you can set special pricing for specific time periods (such as holidays or peak seasons)
Example:
"Package": 1 Hour $5, 2 Hour $10, 3 Hour $15, 1 Day $100, 3 Days $250
Discount price for each package is configured as follows:

Suppose that A customer chooses 1-hour package in 07:00 01/08/2025
Generally, the 1-hour package price is $5. However, since the booking falls within the Special Time period (from 01/08/2025 to 05/08/2025), the 1-hour package price is $4
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price for special time = $4
→ Total Amount = rental fee = $4

10: Add Resources and Services
Resources
Read here to know details

Example:
"Package": 1 Hour $5, 2 Hour $10, 3 Hour $15, 1 Day $100, 3 Days $250
"Resources": Driver ( $1/hour), Baby Seat ( $2/total ), Wifi Hotspot ( $3/day )
Suppose that A customer chooses "1 day" package, Booked Extra Resources: 1 driver, 2 baby seats and 1 wifi hotspot
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price = $100
Fee for 1 driver = 24 ( rental hours ) * 1 ( price / hour) = $24
Fee for 2 baby seats = 2 ( number of baby seats ) * $2 ( price/order) = $4
Fee for 1 wifi hotspot = 1 ( number of day ) * $ 3 ( price/day ) = $3
→ Free for Extra Resources = Fee for 1 driver + Fee for 2 baby seats + Fee for 1 wifi hotspot
= $24 + $4 + $3 = $31
→ Total Amount = rental fee + free for extra resources = $100 + $31 = $ 131

Services
Read here to know details

Example:
"Package": 1 Hour $5, 2 Hour $10, 3 Hour $15, 1 Day $100, 3 Days $250
"Services": Basic Key 2$/order and Smart Key 3$/order, Basic GPS Device 1$/day and Premium GPS Device 3$/day, Basic Wi-fi Hotspot 1$/hour and Vip Wi-fi Hotspot 2$/hour
Suppose that A customer chooses "1 day" package, Booked Extra services: 2 Basic Keys, 1 Premium GPS Device and 1 Basic Wi-fi Hotspot
→ Rental Fee = Selected package price = $100
Fee for 2 Basic Keys = 2 ( number of booked keys ) *2 ( price / order ) = $4
Fee for 1 Premium GPS Device = 1 ( rental day ) * $3 ( price / day ) = $3 ( because the customer chooses "1 day" package )
Fee for 1 Basic Wi-fi Hotspot = 24 ( rental hours ) * $ 1 ( price / hour ) = $24 ( because the customer chooses "1 day" package )
→ Free for Extra Services
= Fee for 2 Basic Keys + Fee for 1 Premium GPS Device + Fee for 1 Premium GPS Device
= $4 + $3 + $24 = $31
→ Total Amount = rental fee + Free for Extra Services = $100 + $31 = $ 131
