# Sync Order

Import external calendar availability via iCal (.ics) feeds

Go to **WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Sync Order**

### Enable "Import Calendar Link"&#x20;

Enables the iCal import feature. When active, BRW periodically fetches .ics calendar URLs configured per product and blocks dates found in those feeds.

### Sync frequency every X minutes

How often (in minutes) BRW fetches the external calendar feeds and updates blocked dates. Lower values keep availability more up-to-date but increase server load.

Default: 180 minutes

**Per-product:** Add the .ics URL in each product's *Sync Calendar* meta box. This setting only controls the global frequency.
