# Order Settings

Go to: WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Order Settings

**Admin Order Columns**

Set the display order (column position number) for each custom BRW column in WooCommerce → Orders. Set to `0` to hide a column.

| Column           | Default Position | Description                           |
| ---------------- | ---------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| Order ID         | 1                | BRW booking reference number          |
| Customer         | 2                | Customer name linked to their profile |
| Time             | 3                | Pickup and drop-off date/time         |
| Location         | 4                | Pickup and drop-off locations         |
| Deposit Status   | 5                | Whether the deposit has been paid     |
| Insurance Status | 6                | Whether insurance was included        |
| Vehicle / Item   | 7                | Rented product name                   |
| Product          | 8                | WooCommerce product link              |
| Order Status     | 9                | Current WooCommerce order status      |

In Manage booking ( **BRW >> Manage Bookings** ), you can see the order of the fields you have configured
