Order Settings

Customize which columns appear in the WooCommerce Orders admin list and their sort order

Go to: WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Order Settings

Admin Order Columns

Set the display order (column position number) for each custom BRW column in WooCommerce → Orders. Set to 0 to hide a column.

Column	Default Position	Description
Order ID	1	BRW booking reference number
Customer	2	Customer name linked to their profile
Time	3	Pickup and drop-off date/time
Location	4	Pickup and drop-off locations
Deposit Status	5	Whether the deposit has been paid
Insurance Status	6	Whether insurance was included
Vehicle / Item	7	Rented product name
Product	8	WooCommerce product link
Order Status	9	Current WooCommerce order status

In Manage booking ( BRW >> Manage Bookings ), you can see the order of the fields you have configured
