# Guest Information
Collect personal details for each guest in the booking
You can add **unlimited information fields** for every guest (name, phone number, age, etc.), and easily **show/hide, edit or delete** those fields as needed
Go to **WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Guest Information**
### **1: Add Guest Information Fields in the Backend**
Go to **WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Guest Information >> Add New**
Follow the steps below:
* **Field Type:** Choose from 11 field types — text, number, tel, email, password, textarea, radio, checkbox, select, date, and file.
* **Name:** Define the field name that appears in the backend for management.
* **Label:** Specify the label that will be shown on the frontend form.
* **Description:** Write a short note explaining the purpose of the field.
* **Placeholder:** Add a hint or example text inside the input box to guide users.
* **Default Value:** Provide a pre-filled value that appears automatically unless changed by the user.
* **Mark as Required:** Choose whether the field is mandatory or optional during checkout.
* **Enable or Disable:** Control whether the field is displayed or hidden in the checkout form.

### **2: Display information guests in the frontend**
Step 1: Suppose that I configure guest information fields in global settings (**WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Guests**) for adults as follows:
Step 2: I choose guest type for a product (**Products >> Add New Product >> Advanced Options >> Guests**) as follows:
Step 3: Configure Guest Type Settings (**Products >> Add New Product >> Guests**) as follows:
Step 4: View the Guest type displayed in booking form and request form
